Volodymyr Prokhorovych ("I," "me," "my," or "mine") provides this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to describe the types of information I collect from you ("users," "your," or "you") when you use my website available at https://bgbgvladimir.github.io/ or any game I provide on a mobile platform (each a "Service," collectively, the "Services").

Information I Collect from You

I do not collect any Personal Information like email address, birth date or time, age, name, phone number, or address from users.

Support requests or direct communication

If I do happen to obtain personal information, including emails or phone numbers, through support requests or other correspondence, it will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. Any such personal information will be retained for the purpose of resolving support requests and for future reference should you require support again. I will delete any such emails at your request.

iPhone, iPad games

My mobile games for iOS devices (iPhones/iPads) do not include third-party analytics or third-party advertising. I do not send personally identifiable information or device information to third parties.

When you use my game downloaded from the Google Play Store, I use my third-party analytics service provider Firebase (https://firebase.google.com) offered by Google LLC, which automatically collects the following technical personal and non-personal data from you:

• Device information
• Geography/region
• Number of users
• Number of sessions
• Session duration
• In-app purchases

• Analyze gameplay data, improve the content, and track potential problems or trends with my Games and services, or to test my new game features and content.
• Understand you and your preferences and provide you with new game content and services, and tailor my products.
• Provide game updates, technical troubleshooting, understanding and analyzing trends in connection with usage of the Games, and administering the Games.
• Deliver advertisements and promotional information to you in my Apps.
• Cross-promote my Apps and services, meaning I may promote one of my Apps while you are playing a different App of mine.

Sale of Personal Data and Successors

I do not sell your personal data to third parties, and I do not intend to do so in the future.

Use of Your Information by Others

I may give your personal data to third-party service providers whom I hire to provide services on my behalf (my data processors). These third-party service providers include:

Children's Privacy

My Policy Regarding Children. I do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to use my Services without the authorization of the holder of parental responsibility for the child.

If you are under 16, please do not send any information about yourself to me, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address, without the authorization of your parents. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data without such authorization.

In the event that I learn that I have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16 without the authorization of the holder of parental responsibility, I will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that I might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16 without the aforementioned authorization, please contact me.
